- Location: Windsor, ON, Canada - Job Type: Full-Time - Schedule: Rotating Schedule, Weekends + On-Call Availability required Compensation Includes: - $44,885,000 annually, inclusive of rent for provided apartment. - Utilities & Parking Included - Monthly Bonus - Employer Paid Health & Dental Benefits Job Overview: The Resident Manager is responsible for daily operations of assigned apartment buildings, including leasing, administrative tasks, light maintenance, cleaning and providing great customer service to tenants.
