Job description

DOE: GENERAL PURPOSE: The purpose of this position is to conduct maintenance and repairs for Harmons locations in a timely manner and according to Harmons standards. This person will be performing maintenance and repairs including minor plumbing, minor electrical, and flooring. This person will also assist Harmons departments with maintenance issues and will complete handyperson projects based on the location needs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: - Follows established support office policies and procedures - Assist with the installation of new equipment and fixtures as needed - Maintains plumbing repairs including leaking faucets, toilets, and drains - Repair and maintain office furniture, fixtures, and equipment as needed - Troubleshoot and resolve minor electrical repairs including switches on register belts and lights, plugs, etc. - Responsible for painting and touch-up painting for stores including interior and minor exterior - Conduct minor carpentry work, including repairing doors, windows, and furniture - Repairs flooring as needed to maintain company standards - Ensures roof drains are working properly - Drives to suppliers as needed to pick up materials and parts - H...
