Job Title Global Transportation Manager (All genders) Job Description: In this role, you have the opportunity to Manage the Global Supply Chain end-to-end in terms of global transportation planning, forecasting and execution. You will optimize operations across the regions securing capacity leverage with Carriers and Freight Forwarders including service providers as well as control and driving cost optimization initiatives. Establishing a Carrier network that covers all requirements of a market and business in terms of service, lead-time and costs based on the shipping profiles regarding all MOTs will be Your standard task. Your role: Managing Global Transportation operations end‑to‑end, covering planning, forecasting, and execution across all modes of transport (Air, Ocean, International Parcel). Owning carrier strategy and execution, including tender orchestration, carrier implementation, and ongoing performance management through MPRs and QPRs. Ensuring sufficient transport capacity aligned with business demand, seasonality, and the Philips Distribution Center network.
