Ergonomics Technician

Job description

We are looking for a talented Ergonomics Technician to join our team specializing in Health and Safety for our Cummins Inc. facility in Fridley, MN. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: - Deliver technical support to production and site teams while helping execute and sustain Health & Safety Management Systems. - Support ergonomic hazard reduction and compliance by learning and applying internal ergonomic assessment tools and processes. - Conduct ergonomic risk assessments and contribute to improvement designs, methods, and programs that enhance workplace safety. - Participate in cross‑functional teams and incident investigations to strengthen ergonomic practices and corrective actions. - Communicate effectively between shop‑floor personnel and management to raise awareness of ergonomic issues and promote hazard control. - Maintain accurate recordkeeping, collect ergonomic and incident data, and uphold corporate data protection and retention standards. - Assist in maintaining site ergonomic policies and procedures while supporting HSE projects and contributing to employee ergonomics training. - Follow standard work and quality procedures, identify non‑confor...
