Job description

The Trait Out-Licensing Lab Certification Lead within GSO Quality is responsible for ensuring the availability of qualified commercial Fee-for-Service testing labs and Trait Licensee labs to conduct accurate seed and leaf testing aligned with the Global Seeds Portfolio trait out-licensing strategies. What You'll Do: Collaborate with business leaders to understand and operate an industry leading global licensing business. Develop, review, and update standards and policies to ensure effective material testing programmes across diverse crops, traits, and methods. Design and manage processes for onboarding and removing fee-for-service laboratories from approved lists. Establish and execute a global, multi-year auditing and proficiency testing strategy for fee-for-service labs. Coordinate cross-functional implementation of proficiency testing for external labs, including assembling test kits, distributing samples, reviewing results, and providing recommendations. Certify laboratories for testing Corteva's out-licensed traits, maintain certified lab lists, and manage renewal processes using risk-based approaches.
