AV/VC Onsite Support Technician II

Job description

We are seeking an Onsite AV/VC Event Technician experienced with audio-video, video conferencing, event coordination, and high-level troubleshooting. You will provide onsite AV event support and assist the client alongside partner teams to ensure successful executive events. Additional duties often include creating support documentation, remediating live event issues, and providing direct training to client's event organizers. The ideal candidate will have a track record of supporting successful events and have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
