Job description
The Vice President of Maintenance Operations has P&L ownership and accountability to include budgeting, forecasting, and profitability. This role oversees all Company maintenance personnel in our Landscape, Maintenance, Janitorial and Construction Divisions, and is responsible for driving sales, delivering services, business development, and the overall success of the divisions to achieve annual objectives including high levels of client satisfaction. This role reports directly to Branch President with dotted line to Regional RVP and RFSD of Maintenance. Qualifications: Responsibilities: · Maintain and enhance current vendor program, including establishing new services and vendor relationships to support new services, and sustaining existing relationships. · Reports directly to Branch President with dotted line to Regional RVP and RFSD of Maintenance · Execute capital and reserve study projects, in addition to evaluating problematic systems, determining what repairs need to be performed, and preparing cost estimates. · Serves both internal and external clients and board members within many different disciplines such as landscape maintenance, janitorial, plumbing, electricity, and o...
