Electric Engineering is responsible for PG&E's electric distribution and transmission operations, including planning, engineering, maintenance and construction, asset management, business planning, restoration, and emergency response. Position Summary: The Substation Asset Strategy Internship position is located within the Substation Asset Management (SAM) team. SAM oversees the equipment in our electric substations, examining risks and mitigations to keep our equipment in service. The Substation Asset Strategy Internship position will be at the forefront of a new methodology for calculating the probability and consequence of failure for our substation equipment.
