Description Silk is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to work closely with Silk Go-To-Market teams, managers, and key stakeholders to help build organizational and people capability, and shape & implement effective people strategies and activities within the company. This role will also be responsible for all people’s operations, supporting all US-based employees. The position is in Needham, MA , reporting to the VP of People, as part of a global HR team, and will work with teams in North America, Europe, and Israel. The Needham office is on a hybrid schedule, with the expectation of on-site attendance 2-3 days per week.
