The New York City Housing Development Corporation (HDC) is a public benefit corporation and the nation’s largest municipal Housing Finance Agency. HDC’s programs support the construction and preservation of multi-family affordable housing in New York City. Area of Talent: Purchasing/Affordable Housing Position Type: Full Time/Exempt Salary Range: $80,000 to $90,000 Location: NYC/Financial District Position Summary : The Purchasing Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and procuring goods and services to support operational and project requirements. This role manages purchase order tracking, inventory control and goods and equipment reconciliation. This role will collaborate with cross-functional teams.
