Description Business Development Representative (BDR) – Inside Sales Reports To: Sales Manager / Director of Business Development Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to drive growth by proactively engaging customers and prospects through phone, email, and digital channels. The ideal candidate will focus on reviving inactive accounts, converting new web leads, capitalizing on unrecognized quotes, and following up on shipped orders to maximize revenue opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospects and existing customers to identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and account reactivation. - Engage with unrecognized quotes , following up to convert into orders. - Contact new web registrants to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and schedule meetings. - Follow up on shipped orders to ensure satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities. - Reconnect with lost, down, or inactive customers , uncovering reasons for disengagement and proposing solutions. - Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of all customer interactions, activity, and opportunities. - Collaborate with acco...
