Training Specialist (TS) – Journeyman Work Location: Washington, DC: Employment Type: Full-Time, Mid-Level: Department: Administrative and Logistics Support: CGS is seeking a skilled Training Specialist (TS) – Journeyman to support mission-critical operations for a federal client. Skills and attributes for success: Conduct training needs analysis, develop instructional materials, and evaluate learning outcomes. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders. Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives . Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. Qualifications: Minimum of 3 to 10 years of relevant experience. Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
