Reports to the Catering Manager. - Creates proposals, contracts, event orders and packages tailored to each guest’s requests - Negotiates executive partnerships to sell catering packages for breakfast, lunch, dinner and largescale events - Oversees catering events from start to finish: books, plans and executes functions - Executes all off-site catering for offices and VIP clients, coordinating delivery services and pickup business - Acts as a trainer for team members on catering operations - Communicates product and staffing needs for catering events on a daily basis - Manages catering call-backs from orders delivered same day to ensure 1...
