Location: Arlington,Virginia,United States Job Description: Eagle Technologies, Inc. is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Principal Investigator (PI) to lead the evaluation of multiple priority behavioral health programs for federal clients, including SAMHSA, CMS, and NIH. The programs focus on the prevention, treatment, and recovery services for substance use disorders and mental health conditions. As the PI, you will be responsible for the overall scientific and technical direction of the project, including evaluation design, instrument development, data analysis, and reporting. This role requires in-depth knowledge of behavioral health, substance use programs, and federal program evaluation standards.
