Position Number: 22131898 Location: DEPT OF PARKS, HERITAGE & TOUR -HP01 County: Pulaski: Anticipated Starting Salary: $71,027.01: This position will function as an Accounting Coordinator of Grants. Prepare and review journal entries related to grant activity, cost allocations, and other financial transactions to ensure accurate recording. Support budget development, monitoring, and analysis, including grant budgets and amendments, ensuring alignment with funding sources and program requirements. Assist with indirect cost processes, including cost allocation methodologies and support for indirect cost rate proposals or negotiations, as applicable. Prepare audit schedules and supporting documentation and serve as a liaison during internal and external audits, particularly related to federal grants and SEFA reporting. Provide technical guidance to program staff regarding grant financial requirements, allowable costs, reporting deadlines, and documentation standards. Participate in continuous improvement of fiscal and grant-related processes, systems, and internal controls.
