We are looking for an amazing Manager, Product Development - Hotel, to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Manager, Product Development – Hotel, will lead the development and evolution of Princess Cruises’ onboard hotel product experience, translating strategic direction into scalable, guest-centric operational enhancements across the fleet. This role is responsible for identifying opportunities to elevate service delivery, public space layout, onboard amenities, and other guest experience touchpoints. Partnering cross-functionally with Hotel Operations, Guest Services, Entertainment, Housekeeping, Onboard Revenue, Marine Operations, and other key stakeholders, the Manager will oversee the product lifecycle from concept development through operational validation, implementation, and post-launch performance optimization.
