Job Description: POSITION SUMMARY The Vice President of Master Data Management (MDM) is responsible for developing and executing TransMedics’ master data strategy to support regulatory compliance, operational excellence and data-driven decision making across the organization. This role ensures accuracy, consistency, governance, and availability of critical master data domains-including product, customer, supplier and material data-across global systems and business functions. As a senior leader, the VP of MDM partners closely with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and Commercial to ensure master data supports business growth while meeting stringent regulatory requirements. The role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution, overseeing enterprise MDM frameworks, data engineering, data governance, and analytics delivery. The position requires executive presence, the ability to influence across global teams, and a proven track record of leading through transformation.
