Here’s what you’ll be doing: - Lead and manage a team of professionals to advance and ensure that proper social programs are provided to the Forest County Potawatomi tribal community. - Serve as a visionary leader and team builder, who brings together the diverse elements of the staff and community to develop a vision and clear goals for the future growth of the Family Services Division in alignment with the mission, vision and values of the Tribe. - Prepare, review, interpret, and analyze data that supports the creation and execution of the division master strategic plan, including but not limited to short and long-term goals, employee engagement, budgets and grant funding, key performance indicators, and other measurable outcomes. - Ensure standard operating procedures are aligned with divisional strategy, FCPC policies and in coordination with other division strategies. - Develop appropriate financial and programmatic metrics to build accountability, measure results and optimize programs’ impacts. - Ensure divisional employee effectiveness through recognition, coaching, counseling, skill advancement, performance evaluation, and corrective action.
