The Role Overall responsibility for market product planning, new product introductions, and product line performance to increase market share and deliver profitable growth in the short and long term. Leads effective execution of F&P pricing strategy in market across retail, builder, and ecommerce channels aligned to F&P’s brand positioning strategy. Provides inspirational leadership, and direction to the product team that increases product market share and profitable growth across product lines aligned to F&P’s global goal and strategic imperatives. You Will: Strategic Planning & Execution: - Responsible for the planning and execution of product line strategy in market.
