Hudson River Trading (HRT) is looking for a Recruiting Coordinator to join our global Recruiting team. In this role, you will be a scheduling and logistics guru responsible for providing a first-class interview experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. You will join a small team dedicated to overseeing all operational aspects of hiring awesome people, and you will partner closely with recruiters to manage candidate flow across numerous teams. The ideal candidate for this role is accustomed to working (and thriving) in an extremely fast-paced environment and is excited by the prospect of building and improving workflows and structure on the team. You color code your closets, plan every minute of your vacations ahead of time - you live for process and can’t imagine life without it!
