Department: 01120 AMG Milw South Shared Services - Family Medicine Status: Full time Benefits Eligible: Yes Hou rs Per Week: 40 Schedule Details/Additional Information: APP will float in-person to primary care locations within Southeast and Central Wisconsin. Flexible 4-day work week Mon-Thur or Tue-Fri. Main hours are 8a-5p with flexibility based on clinic staffing to start as early as 7a or end as late as 6p. Hours and workdays subject to change with each assignment based on candidate preference and local staffing resources. No weekends or holidays. Assignment durations are a minimum of 1 month. Pay Range: $51.05 - $76.60 Major Responsibilities: - Evaluates, diagnoses, treats, and manages acute, critical and chronic patients illness and diseases within an outpatient clinic within the entire geographic footprint of Advocate Health in Wisconsin. This assignment will be a Float and must be able to travel within Wisconsin. - Obtains medical histories, conducts physical examinations and assesses and determines differential diagnosis.
