Description POSITION SUMMARY: The Contract Mental Health Therapist provides individual and group services to address co-occurring mental health disorders and the intersection of those disorders with substance use disorders to enhance the recovery efforts of patients seeking treatment at Cumberland Heights. Operating within the Cumberland Heights Model of Care, this contractor works closely with clinical treatment teams to provide a seamless service experience for the patient. This is a non-salaried, independent contractor position. The therapist is responsible for managing their own schedule and fulfilling agreed-upon service expectations. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: - Maintains a caseload consistent with agreed-upon service arrangements of patients and/or families as assigned and coordinates their care. - Collaborates with Cumberland Heights patients and clinical providers as appropriate to assess and diagnose co-occurring disorders. - Provides input into individualized plans of care with treatment teams. - Facilitates individual and group therapy within scope of practice. - Maintains timely and accurate documentation of clinical activities in the electronic medical record. -...
