Job description

Position Summary: The Area Director of Clinical Operations & Engagement (ADCOE), functions as the manager of Advanced Practice Clinicians in an assigned territory. This position oversees clinical care for a localized population of patients and provides direct management of the clinical members of that care team. Core functions are to enhance the performance of the entire team through facilitating the work of the various members in the areas of clinical performance and quality, patient satisfaction, compliance with Eventus clinical protocols, processes and procedures, and achievement of productivity expectations as measured by patients receiving needed services. This position serves as the main point of contact for client facilities as a liaison between the facility and Eventus. Qualifications: - Foster an engaging culture among teammates and reports.
