Are you a talented engineer interested in the design of hydraulic and pneumatic systems? We have the perfect opportunity for the right individual as a Fluids Engineer here at Valmet! Join our team of experts who support our customers with world-class technology solutions within the pulp & paper industry. As the expert you will: - Create circuit drawings and piping diagrams - Create valve panel assembly drawings - Work with component selection and create installation task lists - Responsible for system sizing (hydraulic power units, valves, pipes) - Engineering calculations for flow and pressure - Participate in FAT and start-ups as required WHAT YOU NEED: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related degree from a four-year college or university; a minimum of four years' related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideally, you will have some paper industry experience - heavy industrial equipment experience preferred. Must understand fluid circuit design and ability to use AutoCad.
