FANAR S.A. is looking for: IT specialist-service technician Provides first-line technical support to the organization's internal users of computer applications and hardware. Your responsibilities: Installation, configuration, and setup of workstations, IT equipment, and peripherals, including laptops, desktop computers, printers, and mobile devices. Diagnosing and resolving hardware, system, application, and network issues reported by end users. Providing ongoing user support regarding the use of software, hardware, IT infrastructure, and access to company resources. Basic administration and support of network infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi, IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and access to network resources.
