Job Summary: The Principal Engineer, Algorithm – ECG is a senior technical leader responsible for the architecture, development, and advancement of electrocardiogram (ECG) signal processing algorithms that enable accurate, reliable cardiac monitoring in Masimo’s non-invasive platforms. This role drives innovation in ECG-based measurement, including heart rate, rhythm analysis, and advanced cardiac insights, translating complex physiological signals into clinically actionable outputs. The Principal Engineer partners closely with cross-functional teams across hardware, software, systems, and clinical domains to deliver high-performance, regulatory-compliant solutions from concept through commercialization.
