Overview Nakupuna Consulting is seeking a Security Manager / Foreign Disclosure Representative to support the J5 Strategic Plans and Policy Directorate within United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM). The selected candidate will provide security management, foreign disclosure, and classified information protection support in a dynamic operational environment supporting joint, multinational, and strategic planning activities. The Security Manager / Foreign Disclosure Representative will administer security and foreign disclosure functions related to classified information, personnel security, operational security, disclosure coordination, and compliance with Department of Defense (DoD) and national security policies. This position requires the ability to balance operational mission support with strict adherence to security, disclosure, safeguarding, and compliance requirements. This is a high-visibility role requiring sound judgment, discretion, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with senior military leaders, government personnel, contractors, and international partners.
