Flowserve is offering a variety of intern roles to support our plant in Pozuelo in one of the teams below. These internships are offered on a rotational basis, with 2–3 openings each year. Opportunities at Pozuelo: The Production department focuses on supporting daily manufacturing activities to ensure smooth operations and consistent output. Interns contribute directly to building high‑quality products that meet customer expectations and uphold the company’s performance standards. Commercial Operations interns assist the sales and commercial teams with essential daily tasks such as preparing quotations, coordinating customer communication, and supporting basic market or product activities. This role helps develop core commercial skills while ensuring efficient internal workflows.
