Pay Range: $78,100.00 - $128,500.00 Position Summary: Our ideal Senior Talent Acquisition Partner is an enthusiastic, innovative, high-energy, and self-motivated recruitment professional, with experience in recruiting and managing talent acquisition strategies. You will be responsible for recruiting positions across a variety of enterprise/corporate departments within North America. Outside of full lifecycle recruitment support, you will also help in maintaining internal stakeholder relationships and developing talent acquisition processes and strategies to guide Bio-Techne’s hiring practices. The successful candidate will be skilled in influencing and developing relationships with senior leaders, creating and implementing new process and strategy, and comfortable with a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
