We are currently recruiting for a Grading Operative at our potato packing site in Boston, Lincolnshire. Shift & Hours of work: Sunday to Thursday - fixed shift, working 18:00hrs to 02:15hrs Salary: £12.71 per hour (plus 50p per hour backshift premium) Responsibilities: - Accurately grade potatoes, ensuring all products meet quality and weight specifications. - Inspect products for any defects or quality issues, reporting any concerns to the supervisor. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the area, following all health and safety protocols. - Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
