Scheduled Weekly Hours: 30 Emplify Health by Gundersen is seeking a part-time LPN or Certified Hemodialysis Tech for our Outpatient Renal Dialysis in Tomah, WI. Be a part of a great team that provides quality care to patients with chronic dialysis needs. What you will do: - 0.75FTE = 60 hours/every two weeks - 12-hour shifts, M/W/F, holiday rotation - Prepare the dialysis machine, collect and document patient treatment data, initiate and discontinue dialysis treatments, and provide excellent patient care.''
