ilert is the leading AI-first incident response platform for modern DevOps and IT teams. Our platform empowers engineers to resolve incidents faster with powerful automation, agentic incident response, and seamless integrations. With customers in 50+ countries and a rapidly growing ARR, we are on a mission to redefine incident response with cutting-edge AI at the core. We’re looking for a hands-on, high-impact VP of Sales to build and scale our global revenue engine from the ground up . You’ll build our sales team, define and implement repeatable sales processes, and lay the foundation to triple our ARR by driving pipeline, closing new logos, and expanding enterprise accounts. This is a unique opportunity to architect ilert’s go-to-market strategy at a pivotal growth stage , and play a key role as we set the industry benchmark for AI-driven incident response.
