Summary: Manage departmental functions including, operations, administration, strategy, budgeting, and safety within assigned areas. Train and manage performance of staff to support KPI’s. Manage adequate staffing to meet business needs. Pay Class and Pay Pay Class: Full Time Pay: $62,671.63 - $83,562.17 Essential Responsibilities: Manage and execute all activities associated with respect to quality, customer service, cost, environmental, health and safety within assigned area. Responsible for driving results and achieving operational goals and targets identified in “Key Performance Indicators” (KPI). Develop and implement consistent processes and procedures to support efficient operations and enhance customer satisfaction. Identify opportunities for improvement and utilize structured problem-solving techniques to create and implement solutions. Manage improvement efforts across all areas (quality, capacity, costs, etc…), that eliminate non-value-added processes and waste. Achieve metrics and KPI’s to ensure exceptional customer service.
