Schedule: Tues 2p-8p, Wed 1-8p, Thurs 10a-8p, Fri 12-8p, Sat 2p-11p Full-time: 40 Hours: Salary: $19.50-$21.00 per hour - paid training provided by Venture! The Assistant Residential House Manager reports to the Residential House Manager. The assistant is responsible for the general daily care of program individual/service recipients and for primary program service delivery. Essential skills include empathy, compassion, teamwork, striving for excellence, willingness to learn, and a desire for a challenging growth opportunity. The Assistant Residential House Manager will assume the responsibility of the Residential House Manager in their absence. This position will be compensated on an hourly basis.
