Job description

BioMérieux is a global leader in developing, manufacturing, marketing, and supporting FDA-cleared molecular diagnostics for infectious disease. These internships offer motivated college or high school students (must be at least 18 years of age) an opportunity to contribute to an early-stage research or product development project and to be immersed in a highly productive and collaborative biotechnology environment. Under the close supervision of a mentorship team, interns may participate in any or all of the following activities, depending on the specific project assigned: (1) perform general laboratory duties; (2) perform wet lab molecular biology work; (3) assist in planning and setup activities for research studies; (4) participate in data analysis and presentation; (5) co-develop and test new research productivity tools; and (6) maintain accurate records of work performed, in accordance with BioMérieux Quality Management System.
