Summary: The Cybersecurity/IT Support Technician is a shared service supporting both cybersecurity and enterprise-wide IT infrastructure. In this role, you will provide hands-on IT support and be responsible for maintaining and securing end-user network systems, as well as ensuring the security of isolated, mission-critical networks. You will serve as the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for these networks, requiring practical skills in troubleshooting, system diagram creation, and adherence to government guidelines. This position requires 3+ years of hands-on IT experience, including break/fix troubleshooting, and a DoD security clearance.
