Merchandising Coordinator

Job description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Merchandising Coordinator to support the delivery and execution of merchandising activities across our retail partners in Europe. This is a hands-on, data-driven role ideal for someone with early experience in retail, merchandising, or logistics who understands how products move into store and how they are presented on shelf. You will work closely with internal teams, retail partners, and external agencies to ensure strong in-store execution and availability. Key Responsibilities: Merchandising Execution & Store Support: Support the implementation of merchandising plans, planograms, and in-store standards. Regular store visits to ensure execution is completed to store and brand guidelines. Help audit displays, stock levels, and fixtures; identify gaps and support corrective actions. Maintain high standards of visual merchandising across retail partners. Stock, Logistics & Product Handling: Assist with managing product data, including SKUs and EAN codes.
