This leadership role directly supervises dentists, dental hygienists, and the Dental Assistant Supervisor, as well as administrative staff. The manager ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and a positive patient experience throughout the clinic. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Clinic Operations Oversee daily clinical and administrative operations to ensure smooth patient flow and timely care delivery. Manage provider schedules and optimize appointment availability for dentists and hygienists.
