Senior GIS Expert / GIS Architect Location: Couillet (Charleroi), Belgium – Hybrid (minimum 2 days on-site) Contract Duration: 12 months, renewable: Start Date: September 2026: We are seeking an experienced GIS Expert to support the development, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise geospatial solutions within a large-scale water and infrastructure environment. Key Responsibilities: Conduct workshops with business users and gather functional requirements Analyze and challenge business needs to ensure feasibility and added value Produce detailed functional specifications, use cases, and acceptance criteria Model business processes and data flows using UML/BPMN Configure and develop ArcGIS applications (Experience Builder, Survey123, Field Maps, Dashboards) Publish and manage services within ArcGIS Enterprise Design and optimize FME workflows and geospatial data integrations Integrate REST/OGC web services and PostgreSQL/PostGIS databases Support testing activities, UAT, documentation, and change management Automate geospatial processes using Python (ArcPy) Required Skills & Experience: 10+ years of experience in GIS functional analysis and/or GIS development Strong expertise w...
