Business Analyst Cardiff / Hybrid | Permanent | £40,000 - £45,000 dependant on experience Join Target’s Change team and help deliver meaningful transformation. Target is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our collaborative Change Delivery function in Cardiff. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from the UK Financial Services industry and enjoy working at the intersection of business need and technical delivery. In this role, you’ll bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring solutions are fit for purpose, aligned to industry standards, and capable of delivering real value for clients and the wider business. About the role: As a Business Analyst, your primary role is to connect business stakeholders and technical teams, making sure requirements are well understood, clearly defined, and translated into effective solutions.
