Job description

Description: Hands-on, event-driven role responsible for assisting in all aspects of live entertainment activations including Ticketing Services, Event Creation, Guest Experience and Artist Services. Will actively participate in the execution of on-site ticketing operations, including order fulfillment and performance-day activity. This position will work closely with booking managers and venue leadership on daily administrative duties to support live music programming. Must bring strong attention to detail and organizational skills, experience in live events or entertainment administration and a passion for live music. Lead box office operations during ticketed activations including seat distribution and Guest window activity. Serves as the primary point of contact at assigned property during day of show operations. Assist in facilitating distribution of internal and external information regarding upcoming shows and events.
