The Executive Director of Operations provides executive oversight of the financial, operational, and administrative functions of Trietsch Memorial United Methodist Church. This role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of all financial processes, including budgeting, accounting, payroll, audits, cash management, and regulatory reporting. In addition, the Executive Director of Operations oversees church systems, facilities, and operational departments such as Human Resources, Facilities, and Information Technology. The position works closely with the Senior Pastor, Finance Committee, Executive Management Team, and other leadership bodies, providing analysis, reporting, and operational support to advance the mission and stewardship of the church.
