Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $32.84/Hr. - CAD $41.35/Hr. Reporting to the Care Manager, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, support patients’ physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, and advocate for their needs. Working within your scope of practice, you’ll also contribute to care plans, participate in care conferences, mentor new staff, and ensure safe, high-quality care aligned with PHC’s mission and values. Our Float Pool nurses provide dynamic support across multiple units, including Medicine and Surgery, with occasional opportunities to work in Renal and Cardiac.
