Warehouse Inventory Administrator

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Warehouse Inventory Administrator to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting stock control processes, and ensuring compliance with service level agreements. You will work closely with operational teams and stakeholders to improve inventory accuracy and drive continuous improvement across the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute both proactive and reactive cycle counts in line with contractual service level agreements (SLAs) Support inventory control processes to prevent, identify, and resolve discrepancies in stock transactions and balances Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance processes, inventory accuracy, and compliance Prepare and report on inventory accuracy and compliance metrics, sharing insights with key stakeholders Maintain a strong understanding of internal and customer systems to support inventory and production-related activities Assist in optimizing storage utilization to maximize warehouse efficiency Investigate and resolve ad-hoc inventory-related issues as they arise Monitor stock variances and process ad...
