General Description: Performs specialized technical work supporting and assisting faculty, staff, and students in operating, troubleshooting, maintaining, repairing, and installing information systems hardware, software, and applications. Duties vary, and work is performed under the direction of the IT Director. UCA recognizes our mission as an integral part of the 5-fold ministry given to the church in Ephesians 4:11-13.
