YOUR FUTURE TEAM: Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be part of a small team of maintenance attendants and technicians, responsible for responding to guest maintenance requests of the hotel. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Proceed to visual inspection of the equipment - Actively participate in preventive building maintenance procedures - Perform daily maintenance work and reflect their activities in their schedule - Perform interior and exterior work - Report any defective systems and make the necessary corrections - Possibility of gathering materiel outside the property - Assist with moving, lifting, carrying, and placing of objects by move up and down stairs, service ramps, and/or ladder - Responsible for maintaining all mechanical component of the building under the supervision of the maintenance supervisor - Proceed to minor electrical work (ex: light bulbs change) - Ensure that service manuals are follow during preventive maintenance, repair or replacement of systems or components and adhere to sound engineering practices, building codes and health & safety precautions WHAT YOU WILL BRING: - 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role - High school diploma completed; a vocation...
