Summary: As an Integration Engineering Intern, you will get hands-on experience in our hardware lab, learning how to take professional-grade laptops delivered from the manufacturer to a fully optimized machine. You’ll work directly with senior engineers to master the rollout of Windows 11 and learn how large-scale tech teams deploy hardware at speed. Essential Functions: - Help transition the fleet to Windows 11 by installing the OS, configuring security settings, and ensuring drivers are up to date. - Use professional deployment tools to "image" computers, automatically installing necessary apps and settings. - Run performance checks and quality assurance to ensure laptops are fast, stable, and ready for use. - Troubleshoot technical issues when a build is not working and identify fixes. - Partner with Support Engineers and Asset Managers to suggest improvements to internal asset management workflows. - Research and provide feedback to the team regarding process modernizations and efficiency improvements.
