JOB SUMMARY: The Creative Design Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of creative concepts across multiple channels, including digital, print, and brand initiatives. This role manages and develops a team of designers, ensures alignment with brand and business objectives, and contributes to the delivery of high-quality, customer-focused creative work. Reporting to the Creative Associate Director, the Creative Manager provides direction to the design team, supports the execution of creative strategy, and ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with company standards.
