Full Time: Days: Home Health Nurse - Education & Quality Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm Requires working in-office and in the community Exempt salary: #RNSIND Job Summary: The Resources Coordinator conducts unit-based and specialty formal and informal education programs for professional and paraprofessional staff. Assists with Q.A. program and participates in and supports direct patient care. Minimum Education: Has completed the basic professional curricula of a school of nursing as approved and verified by a state board of nursing, and holds or is entitled to hold a diploma or degree therefrom. Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: Valid multi-state or State of Oklahoma Registered Nurse License. Work Experience: Minimum of one year related experience in Home Health and/or med/surg. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Working knowledge of general disease state management processes, bio- psychosocial model, and clinical pathways.
