Responsibilities: - Provides direct supervision of a single group home serving adults with developmental disabilities and other complex needs. Duties include household management and the supervision of direct support professionals within a 24/7 residential setting. - Works a flexible schedule to ensure visibility, staff training, and coverage across all shifts. - Monitors and ensures the delivery of all services outlined in the Individual Support Plan to promote optimum habilitation, health care, and behavior supports as needed. - Abides by and demonstrates the company’s Mission, Vision, and Values through both behavior and job performance on a day-to-day basis - Ensures that the group home meets cleanliness and physical safety standards in accordance with State licensing and company operational standards - Reviews staff time keeping daily, including approval of all time and attend...
